Sending Money down the Drain?

In today's world of sky rocketing prices saving a little money anywhere we can is a priority. Rising water bills are a real problem in some municipalities. Weather you are on a municipal water supply or a private water supply there are ways to check water usage and save money.

If you have a water Meter hook up from your local municipality, make sure all of your water using fixtures are shut off,check the dial on the face of the meter, there will be a little triangle that spins on the face of the dial, if that triangle is moving at all there is water usage some where. At this point you can either call your local plumber such as (The General's Countryside Plumbing Service LLC) or begin by checking your fixtures such as toilets for possible leaks, there may be water leaking through flappers or fill valves not shutting off.
